Yes, absolutely! Working with a planner in the area you live definitely has its benefits. However, I can also assist you if you are currently out of the state and getting married here in Charlotte or the southeast region! I have many brides who have moved away from Charlotte but would love to come back for their wedding day; either situation is doable and easy to manage with my cloud-based planning tools that you will have access to!

I am a one-man show for sure, as many wedding planners are, but come event day - I typically have a reliable partner, or two to help execute the day's events, especially if your wedding has separate ceremony and reception locations and a guest count above 150. These extra hands come at no additional charge to you, they merely serve as further insurance the day of.

Yes! Many venues in our area have wonderful events staff eager to help when they can, but their primary focus the day of your event is making sure they have everything covered from the venues point of view. If the electrical is acting up, their main focus needs to be there, not lighting all your candles and making sure you don't miss your cue walking down the aisle. Your wedding planner is the one that truly manages your day's events from start to finish while ensuring your A-Team of vendors can each focus on their own responsibilities.

For the sake of my own marriage and sanity, I list the hours of Monday - Thursday 9am to 7pm, with Friday -Sunday off for events and family time. With that said, I am a people-pleaser and love what I do, so if you happen to email me outside of these times, I just ask that you anticipate a response within 12 hours, unless otherwise communicated in an auto email response.
